We focus on fundamental research in Operations Research and its applications in health, education, economic management, and sustainability. See here a (slightly old) video presenting our team.
Currently, I am looking for students with a strong mathematical or computer science background who are interested in using optimization and game-theoretic tools — including mixed-integer bilevel programming and equilibria analyses — to explore challenges in responsible policy-making. To submit a supervision request for a master's or PhD, please follow the instructions here. You may also contact me via email with your transcripts, CV, and a motivation letter explaining why you are interested in our research group. Only complete requests following these guidelines will receive a response.
Our team is committed to promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion in both our research environment and research directions. Applications from women, visible minorities, Indigenous people, individuals of any sexual orientation or gender identity, people with disabilities, and people from economically disadvantaged backgrounds are especially welcome.
We also enjoy participating in computational competitions, such as the AI for TSP competition and the MIP 2022 Computational Competition. Join us to be part of a dynamic research team within the exciting Montreal AI ecosystem!
